Turn strategy into lived reality

Strategy is brilliant. But if it doesn't come alive in how people actually work together, how they make decisions, the culture they create, it doesn't matter.

I help leadership teams make it real.

How this works

I start by listening. Not to what you want to say, but to what's really going on. The gap. Who you want to be versus how you actually operate. Then I create space for real conversation. You see yourself clearly. Ego gets quiet.

And then I design, visual systems, communication strategy, the frameworks that make your strategy actually believable. This is slow work. But it lasts because it's real.

IceCapital Financial Services Since 2007
As Creative Director, I've led all visual strategy and brand evolution for this financial services firm—from identity and design systems through annual reports and communications. Over 19 years, I've watched strategy evolve, and designed visual systems that make that evolution visible and credible. This is personal client work. It's a partnership where creative direction becomes inseparable from organizational trust.

What is looks like

CASE: Renewable Energy Developer from new to credible

The Situation – Skarta Energy was young and strong. They specialized in solar power, with deep Finnish expertise. But nobody knew it. They needed a clear home for their story, their projects, their vision. A website and visual identity that would establish them as credible leaders, not just another startup. They needed to tell their story clearly and quickly. And they needed to do it in a tight timeline.

What we did – We focused on what mattered: their expertise and their strength. We designed a clear, visually compelling website that tells their story and showcases their projects and solutions. But we didn't stop there. After the site launched, we did deeper brand work. We created a practical brand guide and essential applications so their story, visual identity, and voice stayed consistent across all channels. We designed materials that support their everyday work: landowner brochures, PowerPoint presentations, business cards, newsletters. Everything designed to help them grow while staying coherent.

The shift – Now Skarta's marketing and communication is unified across all channels. Their strong story and distinctive visual identity support their growth. They look established, credible, and clear. Not like they're figuring it out—like they know exactly who they are and what they do.

CASE: Youth & Education Organization from invisible to clear purpose

The Situation Finland's Youth Centers existed. They did important work. But they weren't clear about their own story. What were they actually for? Why did they matter? How could they communicate that consistently across multiple centers? Without a shared narrative and visual identity, their marketing felt scattered. Each center doing their own thing. The impact got lost.

What We Did We started by asking fundamental questions together: What is a youth center in Finland? Why do you exist? What are you actually trying to do? We did values work together. Then we translated that into a brand story grounded in those values. Then we designed everything that would make that story visible and consistent: new logo, visual system, color palette, typography, illustration style, photography direction, presentation materials.

We didn't just hand them a brand guide. We stayed alongside them as their marketing and communications evolved. We created materials for their campaigns. We designed social media content. We built something they could actually use and grow with.

The Shift Now their marketing and communications are coherent across all centers. Each center can do its own thing but within a shared visual and narrative framework. People understand what Youth Centers are and why they matter. The centers feel like a unified movement, not scattered initiatives.

The work was meaningful because it was genuine collaboration. Real conversation. Real partnership. That's what made the difference.

CASE: Health & Welfare provider from outdated to human-centered authority

The Situation A-klinikka had clarified their strategy. But their visual identity hadn't caught up with it. The old design felt dated. It didn't reflect their human values or their expertise in a changing healthcare landscape. There was a gap between who they wanted to be and how they appeared—both to clients and to their own teams.

They needed a visual language that said: "We're modern. We're human. We're trustworthy."

What We Did We designed a complete visual system that bridged their strategy and everyday work.

We kept their signature red—it was part of their story—but made it stronger and more alive. We built a supporting color palette that gave them flexibility across all channels. We created a core visual element: a circle on a curved path, representing a human journey through life's ups and downs. A visual reminder that A-klinikka walks alongside people.

We designed everything they needed to feel coherent: brand identity, website design that's accessible and warm, strategic illustrations that make their direction concrete, PowerPoint templates that strengthen internal communication.

The Shift Now their visual identity matches their strategy. People see them as modern, clear, trustworthy. The design works in client conversations and internal leadership. Most importantly: their teams feel it. The identity reflects who they actually are—a human, expert organization. Present. Not performing.
