I work in that gap. I listen and I design, but mostly I just create a space where people can see themselves clearly and be honest about who they actually are.
Because when that happens, everything shifts.

Why this matters
For 25 years I have watched organizations put so much energy into brilliant strategies that never actually move people. The gap is not about the idea. It's between intention and how it is made happen. Whether I am designing a brand, running a workshop, or teaching yoga, the work is the same. It is helping people and organizations see what is actually true, not only what sounds good. And then building something that feels real.
